Effective April 21, 2025, seat belt use will become mandatory for all passengers on seatbelt-equipped charter motorcoaches operating in the State.

Some key details to remember about the New York seat belt laws are:

  • All drivers and passengers are required to wear a seat belt (when so equipped) while the vehicle is in operation
  • All passengers under the age of 8 must be restrained in a Federally approved child restraint system (child safety seat or booster seat, as appropriate to the age and size of the child)
  • Non-compliance with this law can result in a citation to the passenger (or parent or guardian if the passenger is under 16 years of age), with fines ranging from $25 – $100

Step back in time for a delicious full-course dinner on board a dining care while riding along the scenic Lackawaxen River.

Choose from a magnificent Mesquite Pork Chop w/Jack Daniels Glaze, Harvest Chicken breast w/apple & cinnamon stuffing or Crab Stuffed Flounder. Entrees are served with a garden salad w/house dressing, vegetable and starch. Finish up with a delectable dessert which includes water, lemonade, Iced Tea, Coffee & Tea, Tax and gratuity.

3:00    Board the bus and depart for Dorflinger Factory Museum.

The Dorflinger Factory Museum is a regional industrial heritage museum celebrating the history and craftsmanship of the Dorflinger glass companies Brooklyn, New York and White Mills, PA. The Dorflinger companies produced fine lead crystal table ware for US Presidents, governments, and wealthy individuals during the Gilded Age. Housed in the factory’s restored 1883 Cutting Shop ca. 1888 Factory Office, the museum is home to a premier collection of Dorflinger glass. Exhibits explore the history of the company and it visionsary leader, Christian Dorflinger, how this remarkable glass was made and decorated, and how it was used in society.

This is a walking tour and will take about 1.5 to 2 hours.

There will be food vendors and a merchandise store at the end of the tour.

 

We will board the bus at 9:15 pm with a departure time of

9:30 pm, arriving at GREAT BEND on or about 12:00 am,

BINGHAMTON on or about 12:30.
